Keogan Sports Park
Located at the south end of Cedar Strett, this flat 10 acre park is ideal for a variety of sporting events. This park is fence on three sides, with no overhead power lines, a large parking lot, picnic tables, and washrooms. With Peach Cliff in the background, the vistas are big and beautiful. The Weyerhaeuser and Centennial baseball diamonds are complete with dugouts and bleachers. Centennial Field has a shale in-field designed to accommodate both youth and adult leagues.
Keogan Sports Park is also home to a cricket pitch and a skate park facility. Our cricket pitch is one of the best cricket pitches in all of western Canada, and home field to the Okanagan Cricket Club. Cricket fans take note; there are matches at Keogan most Saturdays in the summer. See okanagancricket.hitssports.com.
Local para gliders make use of Keogan Park for their landing zone, and the PENMAC remote control aeronautics club frequents the fields as well. The club meets every Monday if you want to check out the action.
Pets are allowed on the perimeter, but please clean up.
